How we hire

Preliminary Calls

First, submit your profile through our career page! The required information can be imported directly from LinkedIn. At this initial stage of our hiring process, we'll engage in two preliminary calls with you. These conversations are intentionally designed to be informal and relatively brief. Our primary aim during this step is to get to know you.

1 Interview

If you progress beyond the preliminary calls, you'll move on to a more in-depth interview. This interview will be conducted by our Employee Experience Director, allowing us to explore your background and qualifications more thoroughly.

2 Final Interview

In the final interview, we dive deeper into your professional experience and values alignment with our company's core values. It's important to note that the exact structure of the hiring process may vary depending on the position, which means you might encounter additional or fewer steps based on the role you're pursuing.
